History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Herleva alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Carter. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Carter for the past few years.
