History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Elizabeth was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the goblins.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Fortune-teller born in the past three hundred years. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He became a Fortune-teller soon after.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and balancing his hectic life and new fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult
