History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Elysande was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A freak accident while working with his Beggar mother left him crippled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This woman wears dull pastel sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed shortbow, just in case. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on her right hand. Her blonde hair is braided into rings. Her skin is flawless and her violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Williamina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Williamina. After months of barely getting by, Williamina managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
