Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears dark leathers with embroidery. Her white hair is singed and shortened. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born in the north to a Fisher, Eva learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Fisher for hire.
