History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Percival was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jacoba fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
