Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Shane was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Laborer. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Shepherd business.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Adelard liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Elizabeth grew up listening to her father's many stories. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Mayor. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing her hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult
