Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, marred by teas. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Anthony was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in.
