Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Matilda embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Matilda was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Matilda alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
