Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears long strands of opal and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: He was born in a small island village. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: An older man who wears a fancy black suit, he is not a threatening figure. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Lance was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has taken up work as a Barkeep and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This dark-skinned male wears a fancy blue suit. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. He has blue eyes.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Arnold took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor he uses now. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to unite with his sister

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a tan collared shirt and black pants. He accessorizes with a red scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Through the years after Don was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Don's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.
