Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Nicholas alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Marshal but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Hubert lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Baker, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Born to a Herbalist, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is a great chef.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Ruler kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
