History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theobald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: Yvonne was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She worked as a nervous Dilettante and found it very stressful. She tends to her Dilettante job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She wants revenge against orcs; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
