History: William lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fortune-teller they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Adventurer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and balancing his hectic life and new miller responsibilities is difficult
