Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Raymond grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Raymond. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Map Maker. He now owns his own business.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 25. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and a deep hatred of drow

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
