History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Fortune-teller arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Alice grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Alice. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Manfred is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
