History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Clerebold was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Clerebold's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Chad embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A gifted student he started as a Stableman, but he got bored and became a Barber. He became a Barber soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barber responsibilities is difficult.
