Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Patrick is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He is a Maurezhi in disguise. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: This slender man stands about 6'6". He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. The war was a terrible time for him, and William does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Brewer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Miner, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She tends to wear a tan poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Herleva was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Herleva took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sai and armor she uses now. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 9 years.

Personality: Elizabeth is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Elizabeth never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
