History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature kukri.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He typically wears black cloth garments or leather armor. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Jocelyn hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Jocelyn was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. A freak accident while working with his Engraver father left him crippled. He has never given up on his singing dream.
