History: Richard was born with his father's beautiful face. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

This search led her directly into Baker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Baker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
