History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Description: She wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a hand crossbow, but if one is not available she will default to her pickaxe. Her hair is red and curly. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Melissa was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Melissa decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She now mingles about in high society.
