History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This eastern woman prefers to wear blue pants and tee shirts. Her clothes are grease stained in places. She has done her best to style her silver hair to look like a famous performer. Her gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Ahlyssa lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. After coming to the age of reason, Ahlyssa took it upon herself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Description: This dark-skinned female wears green leather gloves, a green jacket, and tight pants. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. She has black hair. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To be a Marshal again.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Jane alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has never given up on her poetry dream.
