He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Bernard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Bernard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a violet small hat and violet clothes. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Slave Trader arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
