Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Bather they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Blacksmith, and she later adopted a second son.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His hair is short and auburn. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Arnold was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 6'6" and wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. He sports a long brown beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are hazel.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: Bertram hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bertram was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. Gerard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.
