Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a brown vest and prefers blue and violet shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His silver hair is knotted and matted. He has green eyes and a brown hat with a blue feather.
Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Gilbert reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: Revenge; and wants to work out more often

Description: He tends to wear a grey poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His hair is short and blonde. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many white ritualistic tattoos. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has a long silver beard with little hanging trinkets. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Butcher they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Blacksmith, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: This man wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized jet on his left hand. His hair is white, silky, and of moderate length. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: Money/treasure.
