History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She was born in the north. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Anne alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
