History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.
