History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Sarah was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to prove her worth to the world
