History: Matilda was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Matilda alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barrister work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barrister work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barrister.
