Description: He is a mite stocky and wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length white hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Arnold was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

Description: A 5'5" eastern woman, she wears long strands of amber and short violet dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. With wild red hair. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Agnes grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Description: This younger middle-aged man typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor, and a wedding ring on his left hand. He has a very tight haircut. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. A true patriot, Balimaar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against gnolls
