His mother taught him the rudiments of the Marshal arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Hubert never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
