Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Born in the east to a Barrister, Helen learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she typically wears green cloth garments or leather armor. She wears her brown hair down. Her brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Dyer. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Dyer for hire.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. He has no hair. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: Avelina hails from a village terrorized by illithids. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it.
