She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Stableman. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Matilda is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: The child of a Mortician, who enjoyed hunting, Roger was taken on many hunting expeditions. Roger was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Tanner. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
