Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Navigator born in the past three hundred years. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born in the north to a Navigator, Raymond learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. After coming to the age of reason, Raymond took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.
