History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. Simon was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Ruler. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
