His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. Kody enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Herleva has worked very hard to control her curse. She came across an abandoned tomb where she found a relic that called out to her. After picking it up she was cursed by a spirit.
