History: Lance was born with his father's beautiful face. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A freak accident while working with her Mason father left her crippled. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She's also a talented Spy, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is unsatisfied with her job
