History: Hubert was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. After coming to the age of reason, Hubert took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. Chad enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: The child of a Healer, who enjoyed hunting, Chad was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Chad took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up kukri and armor he uses now. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
