Description: This man dresses well, wearing green shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His white hair is knotted and matted. His blue eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She has worked as a Merchant like her mother before her.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She wears a brown shirt with thin red vertical stripes and green pants. Her golden hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. She wears a feathered hat to hide her balding. Her gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear
