Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He is portly but not overly obese. His black hair is still thick. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Percival was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She has shaved her head bald. She is baby faced.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Barkeep for the past few years.
Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and balancing her hectic life and new barkeep responsibilities is difficult

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). Her golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Ida will drive conversation. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Gardener and was forced into it by her family; and wants to raise her children well

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sailor and was forced into it by his family; and his religion dominates his actions
