History: Cecily was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Unemployed. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to raise her children well

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Percival's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
