Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. A friendly and beautiful Human, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.

History: Vicky was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in.
