History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Jacoba was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Jacoba's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Rosalind was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Rosalind decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
