Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Sybil was born with her father's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
