Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She was born in a small forest village. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Cartwright born in the past three hundred years. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cartwright for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new cartwright responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
