Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born in the east to a Unemployed, Joan learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills.
