Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He has a very tight haircut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. With a patchy black beard and wild black hair. His eyes are likewise amber.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears green robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a trident, but if one is not available she will default to her sword. Her hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. Her eyes are brown and catlike.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears skinny pants and wears a tan and brown robe with the hood down. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has amber eyes.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He was born in the north. Through the years after Roland was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Roland's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Roland and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
