His mother taught him the rudiments of the Fletcher arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Dean was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Avice was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off her debts
