Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Rolf was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Her white hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she is greedy
