He accessorizes with a brown scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt, he is not a threatening figure. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Trym alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Helen grew up listening to her father's many stories. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortspear.

History: Jacoba lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Servant they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Architect, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out
