She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hugh grew up listening to his father's many stories. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
