History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A freak accident while working with his Dyer mother left him crippled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp.
